Holman Mahindra Dealership

Holman Automotive selected Oliver Construction (OCI) for this new design-build project that required a complete used-car dealership conversion to a new, high-tech modern design center to debut the highly touted new Mahindra brand in the United States. This Mahindra brand introduction is one of the first in the U.S. and Holman’s first Mahindra offering. Holman cited their trust in OCI as the key reason for their vendor selection when it came to this most important debut.

This conversion / renovation “hybrid” included the full replacement of the mansard roof to accommodate the new stone and stucco design with a new sweeping parapet. The interior finishes were also updated to rejuvenate the showroom and customer areas. Sustainability was a key factor in the entire design-build process.

Project Details

This design-build project included demolishing everything to the existing walls, all-custom millwork, doors, frames and fixtures, a multi-tiered ceiling, metallic automotive paint column covers, recessed base throughout, hardwood and granite floors, and curved walls — as part of the complete renovation process.
