Demolished existing dealership shop remained and constructing a ground up 10,000 SF KIA dealership to attach to existing shop and, site work. Completed November / 2015
- Start 8/1/15 completion 4/15/16.
- Demoed existing show room and office space to make room for new addition.
- Built new 6500sqft show room and office addition.
- Steel structure with split faced block and EFIS finish on exterior.
- Kept service area and detail bay completely operational during all construction.
- All new LED lighting.
- Relocate and install new transformer for new electrical service.
- Install new water service and gas service.
- Repaved parking lot.
